Wow I can't believe it's November!
Every year our population starts to swell in November, as it begins to get nippy up north and the snowbirds and tourists return to sunny, warm Florida. There is so much going on this month.... I thought I would give a little recap of some of the exciting things happening.
Election Day is Just about here~ Early Voting has Begun!
No matter who you are voting for (or against!) in this crazy election cycle, voting is one of our basic rights and responsibilities as a citizen. As always, Florida is a toss-up and one of the largest swing states, so we have been inundated with campaign commercials, calls, and mail. Early voting is daily from 7 AM - 7 PM through Sunday, November 6 in Palm Beach County. Election Day is Tuesday, November 8. You can get the info you need and a list of early voting sites
here.
Honor our Veterans ~ Thank you for your service
Veterans Day is a federal U.S. holiday which is observed every year on November 11 to honor those who have served in the military. The City of Boca Raton is hosting a free concert at the
Mizner Park Amphitheater at 7:00 PM on Friday, November 11 featuring the Florida Wind Symphony in "An American Tribute".
